I, Thomas L Navarro would like to assist Karman Plus with moving payloads in space using the systems that move payloads in the earth’s gravitational field, tabletop, surface tension of water, submarine in water, please in this website to observe many systems moving from eccentric mass load about a center axis of rotation. These systems can move payloads in space as the entire universe lives in the Higgs field that gives mass its properties. Karman Plus is setting up in Colorado and plans to start Asteroid mining for Presious metals and alloys, and my new patent systems would be very useful to move payloads in space with electrical energy instead of rocket propulsion.
We need funding for work to start so I can set up a meeting with Local Electrical Motor Generator Shops to get an approximation of how much funding and fabrication of Patent No. 18/301,764.

Worked at the Main Data Center at 5325 Zuni Street, Denver CO, and this facility operates 24 hours a day 7days a week. My main duties include Automation Controls, Maintenance for 13 backup Generators, in the Generator Building. When the Xcel Power Outage occurs the Cyber X unites in the core of each of the 7 floors of the Internet computer automation systems would transfer the Global Internet electrical load, (in the computer cores on each floors) to back up batteries within a 60th of a second the Generators would then synchronize to load and transfer off of the 720 lead cell batteries to Generators per Switch Boards that can load up to 2000 KW. Once Xcel Electric Power was available then I would manually transfer the average 1000 KW load off Generator Power back to Xcel Electric Power gradually. I worked over 19 years in this Generator Power Building and maintained the Generators, Automation Controls, Battery backup systems and Exercised the Generators under load for an hour each month and documented all the loads per switch board on each Generator Control Panels.
